Tasty Lunches
We decided not to go with the cheapest lunches and spend just a little more to get something nice. Lunch bags will be provided by the Glass House Cafe, located inside the Palmer Commons, and which is the Ann Arbor outpost of Evans Street Station. They have nine sandwiches to choose from, two of which are vegetarian.
Of the sandwiches offered, here are the top four ordered by our attendees:
- Stacked Ham with Vermont white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and Dijon mustard
- Shaved Roast Beef with horseradish cream, crispy onion, and arugula
- Smoked Turkey with jarlsberg, lettuce, tomato, and aioli
- Grilled Portabello with roasted red pepper, red onion, provolone and pesto
Stacked Ham is currently the favorite, with at three-way tie for second place.
